What is CARV Counseling?

CARV Counseling is a counseling and support service designed to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and care. Our approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique journey.

Counseling is for anyone seeking support, growth, or clarity—whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply want a safe space to talk and reflect.

You can find the required forms needed before your first appointment here. You can also find them in the footer section of this website.

Not at all. Many people come to counseling to gain tools, build self-awareness, and prevent challenges from becoming overwhelming. You don’t need a specific “problem” to benefit.

Your first session is a chance to get to know your counselor, share what’s bringing you in, and discuss your goals. There’s no pressure—just a supportive conversation to help determine the best path forward.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes, unless otherwise noted. This allows enough time to explore concerns while keeping the process focused and productive.

Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All sessions are confidential, with limited exceptions required by law to ensure safety.

Yes. CARV offers secure virtual counseling sessions, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your home.

Yes. A list of accepted insurance plans is provided above. Insurance eligibility can be confirmed during your first session.

After booking your appointment, please complete your client intake forms (linked here & sent via email) and return them at least 24 hours before your session so your counselor can best prepare for your meeting.

That’s okay. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or schedule an initial consultation to see if CARV feels like a good fit—no pressure or commitment required.

Simply book an appointment below. We’ll guide you through the next steps and help you begin your journey with confidence.
